after in March, 1914, by the said Board of Election Supervisors acting as
a Board of Registration, and also every six years thereafter, after the no-
tice hereinbefore provided, and in all other respects in accordance with
the requirements of this act.
And on the 4th Monday in March in each and every year, except the
years for a general registration, the said board shall sit, between the hours
of 8 o'clock A. M. and 7 o'clock P. M. for supplemental registration and
revision, after giving the notice as hereinbefore prescribed, at which sit-
tings duly qualified voters may register, and the names of any persons ont
the said books of registration who have removed from the said town or for
other reasons are disqualified as voters, shall be erased from the said books
by the said board upon their own initiative or upon the affidavit of any
bona fide resident of the town that such person or persons are not residents
of the town or are otherwise disqualified and not entitled to register and
vote in said town elections. And provided that anyone who shall feel ag-
grieved at the action of the said Board of Election Supervisors acting as
such Board of Registration, shall have the right of appeal to the Circuit
Court of Prince George's County at any time within ten days after the
last day such registration.

616. Should the sale of liquors or intoxicating drinks of any kind be
at any time licensed in the said town, then all saloons in the said town o£
Laurel shall be closed on the days of all elections held in the said town,
and the sale of any liquors or intoxicating drinks of any kind within the
limits of the said town on the day, evening or night of any election held
in said town shall be illegal and punishable in the same manner as any
violation of law in respect thereto prescribed by the Acts of Assembly of
1906, Chapter 170, Section six (6).

617. In so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this
act, Sections 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, 101,
102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111 of Chapter 202 of the
Acts of Assembly of 1896 are hereby adopted and made a part of this act
as fully as if they had been herein specifically set out.

618. The person elected as Mayor of the said town shall qualify upon
the next Monday night succeeding his election by taking the same oath
required to be taken by the City Councilmen.
