consent of the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County, any land,
tenements and hereditaments for the purpose of improving the conditions
of the poor of said county.

97. They may use a common seal, and may change the same at their
pleasure.

at their first meeting in October in 1916, and every six months there-

same shall have been made in a plain and business-like manner; and upon
failure of said trustees to make correct and satisfactory reports, the said
County Commissioners are authorized and empowered to dismiss any
or all trustees and to fill such vacancies.
