shall have no reference to, nor shall it apply to, either the provisions of
Section 4 of Article 38, title, "Fines and Forfeitures," nor to Section 178
of Article 56, title "Licenses," subtitle "Disposition of Fines and Other
Receipts," nor to any other section or sections of the Motor Vehicle Law
of the State of Maryland wherein said fines or forfeitures are directed to
be paid over to the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles; nor to any fines,
penalties or forfeitures directed by Article 99, title "Wild Fowl—Birds
and Game," where said fines, penalties or forfeitures are directed to be
paid otherwise, nor to any fines, penalties or forfeitures otherwise directed
to be paid under Article 19-A, title "Conservation of Natural Resources,"
nor to any fines, penalties or forfeitures directed to be paid under the'
provisions of Article 39, title "Fish and Fisheries," as contained in the
Annotated Code of the Public General Laws of Maryland; nor to any
ordinance of any incorporated town in Prince George's County, except
that one-half of the fines, penalties or forfeitures resulting from convic-
tions or violations of any ordinance of any incorporated town in said
County shall be paid over to the County Commissioners, and to be used by
them for the maintenance of the said Prince George's County Police
Force.

338. All fees, costs and charges in any and all criminal or civil cases
allowed Constables under Public General or Public Local Laws of this
State, which are paid over to any member of the Prince George's County
Police, and required by them or any of them under the provisions of this
Act to be delivered to the County Commissioners, shall, without any de-
duction whatsoever, in turn be paid over to the County Commissioners for
the use of the County.*
COUNTY TREASURER.

339. In the year eighteen hundred and seventy-five and every fourth
year thereafter at the general election for members of the House of Dele-
gates, there shall be elected a Treasurer for Prince George's County by
the qualified voters of said county, who shall hold his office for four years
and until a successor shall be elected and qualified; and be subject, at all
times, to be removed for wilful neglect of duty or misdemeanor in office,
upon conviction in a Court of law. His official title shall be "Treasurer
of Prince George's County."
Under Art. 17 of Md. Constitution elections are now held in even numbered years.

340. The treasurer shall not he eligible for re-election until the lapse
of one full term after the expiration of his term, and until he shall have
fully settled up all business connected with his former term.
