CONSTABLES.

258. There shall be one constable for each of the several election dis-
tricts of Prince George's County.*

259. Constables shall be entitled to the fees prescribed by law to be
taxed against and paid by the party against whom judgment shall be
rendered, unless he or she be discharged therefrom by due course of law;
if such party against whom judgment is rendered is unable to pay the
same, such fee shall be paid by the county commissioners of the county
wherein said judgment was rendered.

260. Every constable appointed for Prince George's county, before he
acts as such, shall give bond to the State of Maryland, with good and
sufficient security, to be approved by the county commissioners of said
county, in the penalty of five hundred dollars, conditioned that the said
constable, as aforesaid, shall well and faithfully execute the said office in
all things appertaining thereto, and shall also well and truly account for
all moneys placed in his hands for collection or received by him on judg-
ments, and shall well and truly pay over the same; and the said bond shall
be recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for said county,
and a copy thereof, under the seal of the said Court, shall be good evi-
dence to prove the execution of said bond in any Court of this State.
COTTAGE CITY.
1924, ch. 390, sec. 1.
261. The citizens of the town of Cottage City in Prince George's
County are a body corporate by the name of the Town of Cottage City,
and by that name shall have perpetual succession, sue and be sued, have
and use a common seal, and may purchase and hold or dispose of real
and personal property for the benefit of said town.

262. The boundaries of said town shall be as follows: Beginning at
the intersection of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad with Duelling Run,
thence northerly along said Baltimore and Ohio Railroad to Bunker Hill
Road, thence easterly along said Bunker Hill Road to its intersection with
the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard, thence westerly along said Wash-
ington-Baltimore Boulevard to its intersection with Duelling Run, thence
along the meanderings of said Duelling Run to the place of beginning,
containing thirty acres more or less.
