transfer or conveyance of real property whether by deed or decree of the
Court recorded by him up to that date within the year next preceding,
which list shall state the date of execution and of the recording of each
transfer, the consideration named therein, the name of each grantor, the
name of each grantee, the location, name and acreage of the tract or
premises, if mentioned, and the nature of such transfer whether absolute
or as a mortgage or security, and the liber and page of the record thereof;
for such list he shall be entitled to have and be paid compensation at the
rate of ten cents for each transfer so listed as now provided by law for
payment of other fees and charges against said security in his behalf.

207. The clerk of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County is
hereby directed to make out and send to the commissioner of the land
office, extracts of the deeds now recorded in the office of the said clerk,
which have been omitted by the former clerks, in the manner now pro-
vided for by law, beginning at the end of the term of William H. Jarboe,
as clerk of said Court, in the year eighteen hundred and seventy-nine, and
proceeding backwards over the period of the omissions hereinbefore made,
and that for such work he shall receive such compensation as the law now
allows for similar work, to wit, ten cents for each folio of one hundred
words necessarily used therein; provided, the said compensation to said
clerk shall not exceed in the aggregate five hundred dollars in any one
year.

208. The clerk of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County is here-

209. The clerk of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County shall
transcribe and make a general index of all marriage records in said office,
beginning May 31st, 1777, and ending July 1st, 1886, both inclusive, in
suitable books for that purpose.

210. When said work is fully completed the said clerk of the Circuit
