PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY. 3775

reporter for said court, who shall be an expert stenographer, shall be a
sworn officer of said court, shall hold office during the pleasure of the
judges of said court, and shall be paid a per diem of ten dollars for each
and every day of actual service, payable by the County Treasurer of said
county, as a part of the court expenses, upon the presentation of the
certificate of the clerk, or any of the judges of said court, showing the
attendance and services of said reporter.

201. Said reporter shall attend and take full stenographic notes of all
oral testimony and judicial opinions in all proceedings in said court at
such times and in such cases as the court may direct. And said reporter
shall make and furnish to any party, upon request, a typewritten tran-
script of any part of said notes, on payment by such party of the expense
of such transcript at the rate of twenty cents for every hundred words.

202. The Crier of the Circuit Court shall receive three dollars and one-
half ($3.50) per day for every day his presence may be required and is
in attendance on the Circuit Court, and this amount shall be in lieu of
all other compensations and fees.

203. The messenger of the Circuit Court and Orphans' Court for said
county, shall receive an annual salary of fifty dollars.

204. The clerk of the Circuit Court shall be entitled to an annual
allowance from the county commissioners sufficient to supply his office
with fuel.

conveyances, judgments and equity suits recorded, rendered and docketed,
for which service he shall be allowed the same compensation as is now

ance, and parties to the suit, respectively, as other costs are now paid.
