P. L. L. 1888, Art. 17, sec. 63. 1912 Code, sec. 73.

61. They are authorized to procure a house for the incarceration of
all persons who may be committed thereto by the proper authorities for
the violation of any ordinance of the corporation.

62. The Board of Road Directors of Prince George's County shall
annually pay the proper authorities of incorporated towns in the county
such part of the fund derived from liquor licenses issued to persons deal-
ing in liquor within the limits of said towns as now provided by law. And
said Board of Road Directors are hereby directed to pay annually to the
proper authorities of each incorporated town in the county three-fourths
of such part of said road and bridge tax as may be realized each year from
the property within the limits of their respective towns.

63. "The President and Commissioners of the Village of Bladens-
burg" shall receive one-half of the funds derived from liquor licenses is-
sued to persons dealing in liquors within the limits of said town. The
aforesaid sums of money to be appropriated and used by the commission-
ers of the village of Bladensburg for the repair and improvement of the
roads and sidewalks within the said corporate limits.

BOULEVARD HEIGHTS.*

1924, ch. 388, sec. 1.

64. The citizens of the Town of Boulevard Heights are a body corpo-
rate, by the name of the Town Commissioners of Boulevard Heights, and
by that name may have perpetual succession, sue and be sued, have and
use a common seal and, may purchase and hold real estate, or dispose of
the same for the benefit of said town.

65. The boundaries of the said town shall be as follows : All that tract
of land now known as Boulevard Heights Sub-Division as described in the
plat of the same duly filed among the Land Records of Prince George's
County in Liber J. W. B. No. 5, folio 702.

66. The officers of said town shall consist of three Town Commission-
ers and Treasurer, all of whom shall be elected by the voters of said town,
and such appointive officers as are hereinafter designated shall be ap-
pointed by the Town Commissioners and each officer appointed shall con-
tinue to hold office for such term as the Town Commissioners shall desig-
nate, or until his successor is duly qualified. Before entering upon the
