tion 1017 of this subtitle shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon con-
viction thereof shall pay a fine of not less than ten dollars nor more than
twenty-five dollars, or be confined in the County Jail for a period of not
less than ten nor more than thirty days.

Any person failing to comply with the regulations and rules of the
National Board of Fire Insurance Underwriters Association for the in-
terior wiring of a house or building shall be subject to a forfeiture of his
license and shall not thereafter have issued to him for such work another
license within a period of one year from the date of forfeiture.

1020. All moneys accumulating from the operation of this Act shall
be applied first to such expenses as may be incurred thereby, and any accu-
mulated balance existing at the end of the fiscal year shall be added to
the general funds of said County.

1927, ch. 498, sec. 1.

1021. Said Chapter 360 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land passed at the January Session of 1922 is hereby repealed, except all
provisions thereof relating to the collection of taxes and assessments here-
tofore levied or laid under and by virtue of the authority and powers con-
tained therein; and that said Chapter 531 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland passed at the January Session of 1924 is hereby
repealed, except all provisions thereof relating to the collection of taxes-
and assessments heretofore levied or laid under and by virtue of the
authority and powers contained therein.

1927, ch. 498, sec. 2.

1022. For the purpose of providing funds to pay the interest as it
becomes due and payable on all outstanding bonds issued and obligations
or indebtedness incurred or contracted, including the indebtedness of ap-
proximately six thousand dollars to the Farmers' Banking and Trust
Company of Rockville in said Montgomery County and the Montgomery
County National Bank of Rockville in said County, under and by virtue
of the provisions and to carry out the purposes of said Chapter 360 of
the Acts of the Assembly of 1922 and of said Chapter 531 of the Acts of
the Assembly of 1924, and to pay the principal of such outstanding bonds,
obligations or indebtedness in the manner hereinafter provided, the Coun-
ty Commissioners of Montgomery County, Maryland, are hereby author-
ized, empowered and directed to levy, annually, against all of the assess-
able property, real and personal, within the subdivision of Woodmont,
situate in said Montgomery County, as said subdivision is laid down and
shown upon the Plat thereof recorded as Plat No. 4 in Plat Book No. 1,
one of the Land Records for Montgomery County, Maryland, being all
of the village or subdivision of Woodmont as defined in said Chapter
