list and notice as required in Section 816. If upon examination of said
report the said court, or any judge thereof, shall be of the opinion that the

why the said sale or sales should not be finally ratified and confirmed, a
copy of which order shall be published in some newspaper printed in the
said town of Rockville once in each of three consecutive weeks before the
day in said order named. At the expiration of the time limited in said
order the court shall in one order ratify and confirm the sales in all cases
in which no objections have been filed, and in all cases in which objections
have been filed, the court shall proceed to hear and determine the matter
in all respects as now provided by law and the rules and practice of the
court. And if for any cause the sale of any of said parcels of land shall

tions; provided, however, it shall not bid therefor a greater sum than shall
be necessary to pay the taxes, interest, expense and costs of all kinds
accrued against the same, and shall have full power to dispose of the
same in any manner it may deem best for the interest of said town, and
shall dispose of the same as soon as said Mayor and Council of Rockville

more than one year after its purchase, unless unsalable.

1898, ch. 354, sec. 194. 1912, ch. 790, sec. 502.

820. The Mayor shall execute and deliver to the purchaser when said
sale is ratified by the Circuit Court, a deed of the property so sold; and
the said deed shall convey to the purchaser the said property, and shall be
presumptive evidence that all the requirements of the law have been com-
plied with in making said sale and deed; and unless the owner, prior to
the sale, shall within one year from the date of such sale, redeem said
property by paying to the purchaser the whole amount of the purchase
money paid by him for the property with interest at the rate of 15 per
centum per annum therefor, said title shall become absolute and inde-

821. The bailiff shall pay over to the clerk all taxes and other ac-
