Commissioners of Poolesville may receive and disburse for the repair and
maintenance of the streets of said town the amount levied upon the real
property within the corporate limits of the town of Poolesville for the re-
pair of roads by the said County Commissioners of Montgomery County.

728. The commissioners shall have power to establish building lines
on all the streets in said town, or which shall hereafter be opened therein,
and to compel all persons hereafter erecting buildings in said town to con-
form thereto.

729. The Washington and Rockville Railway Company, a corporation
operating an electric railway for about 10.42 miles from the line of the
District of Columbia to the west end of the town of Rockville, in Mont-
gomery County, shall divide the line of its said railway into not exceeding
four fare zones, the first of which shall extend from the line of the Dis-
trict of Columbia to the first street crossing of said railway, east of the
present residence of Cyrus Keiser, and known as Alta Vista Station; the
second fare zone shall extend from the last-named terminus of said fare
zone No. 1 to Switch No. 4 of said railway; the third fare zone shall ex-
tend from Switch No. 4 to the electric railroad station opposite Wind-
ham's Store, at Montrose; and the fourth fare zone shall extend from said
Montrose Station to the western limits of the town of Rockville; and the
said railway company shall not charge passengers on its cars on said rail-
way as a cash fare an amount exceeding five cents for each of said "f are
zones, or any part of a fare zone through which such passenger may travel.

730. The Washington and Rockville Railway Company shall sell
monthly commutation books of tickets containing twenty-six (26) round
trips, and books of twenty-two round trips, the last named to be bona fide
school children under twenty years of age, over any one or any two or
more consecutive fare zones as may be requested by the purchaser, each of
such commutation tickets to contain a coupon for each trip of such round
trip over each of the zones covered by such ticket; said round trip com-
mutation tickets to be bound and sold together at a rate not exceeding
forty-two and five-tenths (42.5) per centum of the rate of the full cash
fare, as provided in the preceding section; provided, that nothing con-
tained in this Act shall be construed to require said railway company to
sell such round trip commutation tickets over said zone number two or
zone number three, singly, but such commutation tickets shall be sold when
requested to cover both of said two zones, without including any other
zone. Said railway company shall also sell family tickets for transporta-
tion over said fare zones number two and number three (but not over any
