1929, oh. 166, sec. 206A.

328. It shall be unlawful to set any trap of any kind whatsoever with-
in thirty (30) feet of any fox den.

1929, ch. 166, sec. 206B.

329. It shall be unlawful to trap, hunt or chase with dog or gun any
fox, between the first day of May and the fifteenth day of July, inclusive,
in each year; provided nothing in this section shall prohibit any person
who is owner or tenant of land from killing any fox, on the land of which
such person is owner or tenant at any time except when such fox is being
chased by hounds under the charge of fox-hunters.

1929, ch. 166, sec. 206C.

330. Any person violating any of the provisions of Sections 328 and
329 shall be fined not less than five nor more than twenty-five dollars, and
be imprisoned in the county jail until the fine and costs be paid in full;
said fine is to be paid over to the County Commissioners.

FRIENDSHIP HEIGHTS AND "THE HILLS".

1914, ch. 131, sec. 1.

331. For the purpose of this Act, the villages of "Friendship Heights"
and "The Hills" shall constitute a special tax area or District, and shall
be deemed and taken to comprise certain parcels of land, namely: All
those tracts, parts of tracts, pieces or parcels of land situate, lying and
being in the County of Montgomery in the State of Maryland, laid down
and described upon the plat of the certain subdivision of lands in said
County known as and called "Friendship Heights," duly recorded among
the Land Records for said Montgomery County as plat No. 45, in Plat
Book No. 1, one of the Plat Books for said Montgomery County; also
all those tracts, parts of tracts, pieces or parcels of land situate, lying
and being in the County of Montgomery in the State of Maryland laid
down and described upon the plat of the certain subdivision of lands in
said county known as and called "The Hills," duly recorded among the
Land Records for said Montgomery County as plat No. 44, in Plat Book
No. 1, one of the Plat Books for said Montgomery County; also all those
tracts, parts of tracts, pieces or parcels of land situate, lying and being in
the County of Montgomery, State of Maryland, described as follows, to
wit: Beginning for the same at a stone planted at the Northwest corner of
the subdivision known as "Friendship Heights," as surveyed and platted
by William J. Latimer, Surveyor, and recorded in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County in Plat Book No. 1, being
plat No. 45, and running thence South twenty-nine (29) degrees three
(3) minutes East along the west line of Friendship Heights some* hun-
dred and ninety-six and five-tenths (196.5) feet to a stone planted at the
intersection of the North line of High Street (in said subdivision) with
