3382 ARTICLE 16.

works within the limits of the Second Precinct and the Fifth Precinct of
the Thirteenth Election District of Montgomery County at any time other
than on July 4th, or Independence Day.

325. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, partnership,
association or body corporate to manufacture, sell or offer for sale any
firecrackers, squibbs, rockets or other combustible fireworks within the
limits of the Second Precinct and the Fifth Precinct of the Thirteenth.

1929, ch. 304, sec. 3.

326. Any person or persons, association or body corporate violating
any of the provisions of this Act upon conviction shall be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor and shall pay a fine of not to exceed the sum of twenty-
five dollars.

(All local fish laws were repealed by ch. 471, 1929. See 1929 Supplement to Anno-
tated Code, Art. 99.)

327. If any one shall knowingly shoot a fox in Montgomery County
whilst the same is being chased by hounds under the charge of foxhunters
he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof before
a justice of the peace, shall be fined not less than five, nor more than
twenty dollars, and be imprisoned in the jail of said county until the fine
and cost be fully paid; said fine to be paid over to the county commis-
sioners, one-half for the benefit of the public schools, and the other half
for the informer.
