MONTGOMERY COUNTY. 3377

P. L. L., 1888, Art. 16, sec. 72. 1912, ch. 790, sec. 199.

302. The judges and clerks of election in said county shall each be
entitled to the sum of three dollars per day, for every election at which
they shall respectively attend and act as judges or clerks, and for making
returns of said elections.

1927, ch. 251, sec. 1.

303. All that portion of the Tenth Election District of Montgomery
County as heretofore constituted, included within the following lines,
limits and boundaries in this section mentioned, is hereby annexed to
and constituted a part of the Seventh Election District of Montgomery
County: Beginning for the same where the Cabin John Creek empties
into the Potomac River and running thence up said river to a point at
which a branch empties into same from Bridge No. 3 on the Conduit
Road; thence up said Branch in a Northerly direction to the Conduit
Road; thence in an Easterly direction along the Conduit Road to the
County Road leading to the Congressional Country Club; thence with said
road in a Northerly direction to the Southwest corner of the lands of
Bessie L. Edmondston; thence along the Southern boundary of said land
to the Southeast corner; thence along the East boundary of said lands to
the Northeast corner of said lands; thence in a Northeasterly direction
two thousand five hundred and seventy (2,570) feet, more or less, to a
stone on the East side of the Seven Locks Road, it being the Northern-
most point on the lands of the American Land Company's property; thence
in a Southeasterly direction two hundred eighty-four (284) feet to a
stone on the bank of the Cabin John Creek; thence with the meander of
the said creek to its mouth at the Potomac River.

1927, ch. 251, sec. 2.

304. The assessable property located within the boundaries described
in the above section shall continue to be liable for the payment of bonds
and the interest thereon heretofore issued against the assessable property
located within the Tenth Election District of Montgomery County, but
that said property shall not be liable for and shall not be assessed for the
payment of bonds and the interest thereon, heretofore issued against the
assessable property located within the Seventh Election District of Mont-
gomery County.

1927, ch. 483, sec. 1.

305. The Board of Supervisors of Election of Montgomery County is
hereby authorized to change the boundaries of the existing three precincts
of the Seventh Election District of Montgomery County for the purpose of
creating a fourth precinct in said Seventh Election District; and is au-
thorized to change the boundaries of the second precinct of the Thirteenth
Election District; to create an additional precinct to be known as Pre-
cinct No. 5 of the Thirteenth District from territory now entirely within
the second precinct of the Thirteen District of said Montgomery County.
