FISH.

(All local fish laws were repealed by ch. 471, 1929. See 1929 Supplement to Anno-
tated Code, Art. 99.)

FOXES.

1916, ch. 680, sec. 275.

267. Any person or persons who shall shoot, kill or wound any fox
or foxes while being pursued by hounds or hound within the limits of
Harford County shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof shall pay a fine of ten dollars for every such offense, together with
the costs of prosecution, and upon failure to pay the same to be committed
10 the county jail until fine and costs are paid.

HAVRE DE GRACE.*

1916, ch. 680, sec. 276.

268. The town of Havre de Grace is created a city by the name of the
city of Havre de Grace, and the inhabitants thereof shall constitute a
body politic and corporate, under the name of "The Mayor and City
Council of Havre de Grace," and as such shall have succession, and by
such name may sue and be sued, may have and use a common seal, which,
may be altered at pleasure, and may purchase and hold real, personal and
mixed property, and with the assent of a majority of the legal voters of
said city, first had and obtained at a general or special election, held
after twenty days' public notice, may dispose of any real estate for the
benefit of said City.

269. The limits of the City of Havre de Grace shall be as follows:—
Beginning for the same at the north end of Lycoming street, as desig-
nated on the map of Havre de Grace, made by Septimus Morris, in the
year eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, and running thence in a straight
line with said street, northerly three-fourths of a mile; thence easterly,
parallel with Huron Street, to the east side of the embankment of the
Tidewater Canal; thence by and with said embankment and improve-
ments of said embankment to the outlet and lock of said canal; thence-
by and with the Susquehanna River and Chesapeake Bay to the east end
of Pocomoco Street; thence by and with Pocomoco street until it inter-
sects Columbia street; thence in a straight line to the intersection of
Alliance and Lycoming streets; and thence by and with Lycoming street,
to the place of beginning.

*Secs. 343-349, ch. 680, 1916, authorized Havre de Grace to issue $27,000 of cer-
tain improvements and created special commission to expend the proceeds. Secs.
389 and 390, 1916, authorized loan of $5,000 for school building. Secs. 392-400, ch.
680, related to a loan of $30,000 for paying debt due Havre de Grace Water Co.
and for making certain improvements, and created a special commission to expend
the proceeds. Ch. 455, 1922, authorized $15,000 of bonds for City Hall, subject
to approval by the voters.
