2882 ARTICLE 13.
town, and the taxable basis of said property for the year 1904 shall be
of Harford County, with the addition of such property as may be assessed
closed; and all property within the corporate limits of said town shall be 1916, ch. 680, sec. 25. 28. Town taxes shall be due as soon as they are levied, and if not paid
on or before the first day of September of the current year shall bear
month, and bills shall be furnished any taxpayers upon application to the 1916, ch. 680, sec. 26.
29. The town commissioners of Aberdeen shall, before the 15th day of
of his duties as treasurer, said bond to be approved by the said town com-
commissioners shall at once make a new appointment for the residue of 1916, ch. 680, sec. 27.
30. In case any person appointed as treasurer shall fail to execute the 1916, ch. 680, sec. 28. 31. The treasurer of the town of Aberdeen shall be the collector of all taxes which may be levied by the town commissioners and shall receive all moneys which may be due said town from any source whatsoever and shall pay all claims against said town when certified to him by the town commissioners, but he shall not pay any claim against said town without
