2724 AETICLE 12. approved by the commissioners, conditioned for the faithful performance of the duties of his office, which bond shall be recorded in the office of the

87. At the General Election of County officers of Garrett County, to be
qualified voters of said County who shall hold office of Clerk for the term dred dollars at the expiration of each and every month by the treasurer
of Garrett County from the funds of said County and the said Clerk shall of twelve hundred dollars per annum shall be full compensation for all
services required of said Clerk, who shall keep the office of County Com-
