517. On and after the first day of May, one thousand, nine hundred or liquid mixtures or preparations, whether patented or not, which will
produce intoxication in such political unit or units so voting for prohibi-
chanical purposes, as may be allowed under the provisions of such acts
next after the date of such election or any subsequent session allowing firm or corporation manufacturing, selling, transporting, dispensing or
disposing of any alcoholic, spirituous, vinous, fermented, distilled or malt declared a nuisance and shall be abated as such. Kelly v. State, 139 Md. 205. Simonson v. sale of alcoholic, spirituous and vinous, malt and intoxicating liquors by
transportation thereof by said persons and corporations where such liquors
