other provisions of this Act shall become applicable to each of said bond
issues.

565. At the next regular election of "The Commissioners of Vienna"
there shall be submitted to the qualified voters of the town the question
whether bonds shall be issued for a water system in Vienna, and at such
election the ballots cast upon such question shall have thereon words "For
Water Bonds" and "Against Water Bonds," and if a majority of the
votes cast upon said question shall be "For Water Bonds," then "The
Commissioners of Vienna" shall proceed to execute the power vested in
them by this Act, but if a majority of the votes cast shall be "Against
Water Bonds," then this Act shall be of no effect, provided, however,
that the same question shall be voted upon in the same manner at any
succeeding municipal election at which the said "The Commissioners of
Vienna" may in their discretion submit said question, and when so sub-
mitted and favorably passed upon by the voters as aforesaid, the provi-
sions of this Act shall become immediately effective.*

566. All Acts and parts of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this
Act, are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency, provided
that nothing herein contained shall be taken as affecting Chapter 810
of the Acts of the Maryland Legislature of 1914, nor as restricting any
control which the State Board of Health of Maryland is empowered to
exercise within the corporate limits of the Town of Vienna.

WHARVES.

567. W. B. Tyler of Hooper's Island or District No. 6, in Dorchester
County, is hereby authorized and empowered to construct and erect a
wharf on his property on Middle Hooper's Island, in Dorchester Coun-
ty, said wharf to extend into the Honga River, for a distance not exceed-
ing one hundred and fifty yards, the outer end of said wharf not to exceed
ninety feet in width.
Said wharf, when so constructed and erected, shall be the property of
the said W. B. Tyler, his heirs and assigns forever.

568. William T. Johnson of Dorchester County is hereby authorized
and empowered to construct and erect a wharf on the west side of Fishing
Bay at Hollands Point on Goose Creek in Dorchester County near the
