1918, ch. 225.

274. The citizens of said the "Second or Holland's Island" Precinct as
established by Chapter 227 of the Acts of 1896 shall hereafter have the
right to register and to vote in Precinct No. 1 of the Tenth or Straits Elec-
tion District, provided the names now enrolled on the registry for said
Holland's Island Precinct shall be transferred to the registry for the said
Precinct No. 1 of the Tenth or Straits Election District by the supervisors
of election for Dorchester County, without charge, and that the persons
whose names are so transferred shall have the right and privilege to vote
at all elections hereafter held in Dorchester County.

1898, ch. 418.

275. A new precinct is hereby created in Straits, or Tenth Election
District of Dorchester County, to be known as Third or Elliott's Island
Precinct, and it shall consist of all that part of said Tenth Election Dis-
trict lying east of Fishing Bay, and known as Elliott's Island, and the
voting place for said Third or Elliott's Island Precinct shall be at Elliott's
Island.

The County Commissioners and Election Supervisors of Dorchester
County are hereby directed to make all necessary provisions for voting in
said precinct, as they are now required by law for other polling places in
said county.

1914, ch. 364, sec. 1.

276. There is hereby created a new election district in Dorchester
County, to be known as the Eighteenth or Elliott's Island Election Dis-
trict of Dorchester County, to be formed of the territory, which is now em-
braced in precinct number three of Election District number ten, or
Straits, and the polling place shall be at the same place where the polling
place of said precinct number three, of Straits Election District, is now
located.

277. The boundaries of the new election district shall be the same as
the present boundaries of precinct number three of Election District num-
ber ten, or Straits.

278. The Election Supervisors of Dorchester County shall provide
poll books, such as are now or may hereafter be prescribed by law for the
registration of voters in each district for the said new district, and have
transcribed in the said books the names, together with all other matters
required by law, of all persons who are now qualified to vote in the Third
Precinct of Election District number ten, or Straits, of Dorchester Coun-
ty.
