must be first approved by the said Public 'Service Commission. All costs
for any and all such connections as are. or may become necessary under
this section shall be borne by the Mayor and Council of Mt. Airy.

259. At any time, the Mayor and Council of Mt Airy shall be em-
powered to extend its waiter system into any area outside of the corporate
limits of Mt. Airy, contiguous thereto or in the vicinity thereof, whenever
a majority of the property owners of said area, shall agree to the con-
ditions that may be imposed by the Mayor and Council of Mt. Airy.

260. During any calendar year, after the year in which the last of
the bonds issued under this Act are sold, the Mayor and Council of Mt.
Airy may issue bonds, for the extension, enlargement or improvement of
the water system, not in excess of $5,000, and all other provisions of this
Act shall become applicable to each of ss,id bond issues.

261. All Acts and parts of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of
this Act are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency, provided
that nothing herein contained shall be taken as affecting Chapter 810 of
the Acts of the Maryland Legislature of 1914, nor as restricting any
control which the State Board of Health of Maryland is empowered to
exercise within the corporate limits of the town of Mt. Airy.*

Maryland, are hereby constituted a body corporate by the name of the
Burgess and Commissioners of New Windsor, and by that name may
have perpetual succession, sue and be sued, and have and use a common
seal.

at a sycamore tree on Dickeson's branch, opposite the foot of Main Street,

bridge outside the corporation, then northeast on the west side of the
road to the division line between Jesse Lambert and George Englar, leav-
ing said road outside of said corporation, then with said line to a point
directly opposite the line between J. Milton Fritz on the east side of New
Windsor College, then from this point northerly through the land of John
