and the Commissioners of Ridgely are here directed to proceed forthwith
to collect all such assessments and accrued interest in the manner now
provided by law for the collection of delinquent taxes due for town pur-
poses.

523. The Commissioners of Ridgely shall set apart all money re-
ceived from assessments as aforesaid, and accrued interest thereon, as a
sinking fund for the purpose of paying the interest upon and the princi-
pal of the bonds issued under the authority of this Act, and the money
so received shall not be expended for any other purpose whatsoever; it
shall be deposited in such bank as the Commissioners of Ridgely elect,
and any increment earned shall be applied to the redemption of the
bonds and payment of interest thereon, issued under the authority of this
Act.

524. The Commissioners of Ridgely are hereby authorized and em-
powered to enter upon and condemn all lands necessary for the installation,
construction and operation of the system of sewers and disposal works pro-
vided for in this Act, which condemnation shall be had in the same
manner as now provided by law for the opening of the streets of the Town
of Ridgely.

525. The Commissioners of Ridgely are hereby authorized and em-
powered to make all the necessary rules and regulations governing the use
of the sewers as provided for in this Act; to provide rules and regulations
governing the plumbing within or without the buildings to be connected
with the system of sewers and to license and have supervision over all
persons undertaking to do plumbing work within the corporate limits of
Ridgely.

526. The County Commissioners of Caroline County are authorized
and empowered to control and regulate the public roads and bridges in said
county, subject to the provisions of this Act.

527. The County Commissioners of Caroline County shall, at the time
of making their annual levy, levy upon the taxable property of said county
a tax of not less than twenty cents on the hundred dollars, which shall be
used for the repair and reconstruction of public roads and bridges in said
county, which taxes shall be levied and collected as are other county taxes.
The said County Commissioners may appropriate or levy such other sum
