176. Caroline, Montgomery, Prince George's and Wicomico Counties
shall not be subject to the provisions of section 6 of Article 34 of the
Code of Public General Laws, relating to estrays.
FARM NAMES.

177. Any farm owner in Caroline County, Maryland, may, upon the
payment of a fee of one dollar ($1.00) to the Clerk of the Circuit Court
for said County, have the name of his or her farm recorded in a register
which the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall keep for said purpose; and
shall be furnished a certificate under seal by said clerk, setting forth the
name and location of the farm and the name of the owner.
When any name shall have been recorded as the name of any farm,
such name shall not be recorded as the name of any other farm in the said
county.

178. The inhabitants of the town of Federalsburg, in Caroline County,
Maryland, are hereby constituted a body corporate under the name and
title of the "Mayor and Council of Federalsburg," and by that name shall
have perpetual succession, sue and be sued, have and use a common seal
which may be altered at pleasure, and shall have all of the powers inci-
dent to or that may attach to a municipal corporation, and shall have and
possess all the rights, powers, property and duties vested in and devolv-
ing upon the Commissioners of Federalsburg, except as the same may be
changed by this Act.

179. The limits of said town shall include all the land and territory
contained and embraced within the following metes and bounds, courses
and distances, to wit:
Beginning in the centre of the bridge across northwest fork of Nanti-
coke River; thence south eighty-two and one-half degrees West one hun-
dred and sixty perches to a cement marker; thence north seven and one-
half degrees West one hundred and sixty perches to a cement marker;
thence north eighty-two and one-half degrees East three hundred and
twenty perches to a cement marker; thence south seven and one-half de-
grees East three hundred and twenty perches to a cement marker; thence
south eighty-two and one-half degrees West three hundred and twenty
