have full power to enforce the provisions of this sub-title. His salary shall
be fixed by the Conservation Commissioner not to exceed $100. 00 per
month. Additional deputy game wardens may be appointed by the Con-
servation Commissioner. Such additional deputy game wardens for said
area shall not receive a salary but shall receive as their compensation one
half of all fines derived from the prosecution of violators of this sub-title
arrested by them.

88. Fish Hatcheries. The Commissioner is authorized and empow-
ered to establish fish hatcheries on the waters of the areas herein men-
tioned for the purpose of propagation of fish therein, and in order to help
defray the expense connected therewith is authorized to use the funds de-
rived from the issuance of licenses and all fines and penalties arising under
the provisions of this sub-title, except as provided for in Section 87.

89. Licenses Herein Are in Addition to Any Other Licenses. The
licenses required under the provisions of this sub-title are separate from
and in addition to any licenses now required by the State of Maryland
or Garrett County for fishing or hunting in said County.

90. Penalty. Any persons violating any of the provisions of this sub-
title shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof
before any Justice of the Peace of Garrett County, or before the Circuit
Court of said county, shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10) nor
more than fifty dollars ($50) for each offense and shall stand committed
to jail until said fine together with the costs of prosecution are paid.

91. Limitations. Nothing in this sub-title shall be considered in any
manner as changing, modifying or enlarging any of the terms of the lease
from Youghiogheny Hydro-Electric Corporation and the Eastern Land
Company to the State of Maryland for the use of Conservation Depart-
ment of the area involved, nor to affect in any manner the rights, privi-
leges and reservations of the lessors therein.

92. This sub-title shall continue in force only during the continuance
of the lease from the Youghiogheny Hydro-Electric Corporation and the
Eastern Land Company to the State of Maryland or any renewal or re-
newals of said leases. 1
