Workshop and School for Blind.
1929, ch. 271, sec. 15.
15. The manner of assignment of the adult blind for re-education and
for relief in the Maryland Workshop for the Blind shall be as follows:
There shall be placed in the Maryland Workshop for the Blind or under
its supervision such blind or partially blind over eighteen years of age,
inhabitants of the State, and of the county or city for which they are
recommended, as may be recommended to the Governor by the County
Commissioners of each county or by the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more City.

16. For each adult blind committed to the care and supervision of the
Maryland Workshop for the Blind, from the City of Baltimore or any of
the counties in the State, the said city or county as the case may be, shall,
as herein specified, pay into the State Treasury the sum of $250. 00 per
annum for the care of each blind adult, and the remaining amount required
for the care of such adult blind shall be paid from the Treasury of the
State. The expenses for the care of all adult blind shall be a charge upon
each county and the City of Baltimore committing such adult blind to the
