30. The County Commissioners of the several counties of the State,
and the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore are directed to levy the
State taxes, on each one hundred dollars ($100) of assessable property,
to be collected according to law, and to be apportioned for each of the years
nineteen hundred and twenty-five (1925), nineteen hundred and twenty-
six (1926), and nineteen hundred and twenty-seven (1927), respectively,
in the manner following, the tax to aid in the support of the public schools,
to be distributed according to law among the several Counties and the City
of Baltimore, and the taxes for each of the State loans specified to be to
meet the interest and pay the installments thereof.
