4. The Board of Examiners shall examine each applicant producing An. Code, sec. 5. 1904, sec. 5. 1888, sec. 5. 1853, ch. 214, sec. 1.
5. Each applicant shall pay to the board of examiners the sum of five An. Code, sec. 6. 1904, sec. 6. 1888, sec. 6. 185A ch. 214, sec. 1.
