other publication or in the form of a book, notice, handbill, poster, bill,
circular, pamphlet, or letter, or in any other way, an advertisement, of
any sort regarding merchandise, securities, service or anything so offered
to the public which advertisement contains any assertion, representation
or statement of fact which is untrue, deceptive or misleading, and which is
known by such person, firm, corporation or association or which by the
exercise of reasonable care should be known by such person, firm or cor-
poration to be untrue, deceptive or misleading, shall be guilty of a misde-
meanor.

184. Any person, firm or association violating any of the provisions of
section 183, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not
more than $1000.00, or by imprisonment of not more than one year or by
both fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the Court. A corporation
convicted of any offense under the provisions of section 183 shall be fined
not more than $1000.00, and its president or such other officials as may
be responsible for the conduct and management thereof, shall be imprisoned
not more than one year in the discretion of the Court.

185. Any person or persons who with intent to defraud, sells or exposes
for sale any meat preparation and falsely represents the same to be kosher,
or as having been prepared under and of a product or products sanctioned
by the Orthodox Hebrew religious requirements; or falsely represents any
food product or the contents of any package or container to be so constituted
and prepared, by having or permitting to be inscribed thereon the word
" Kosher " in any language; or sells or exposes for sale in the same place
of business both kosher and non-kosher meat or meat preparations who fails
to indicate on his window signs and all display advertising, in block letters
at least four inches in height, " Kosher and non-kosher meat sold here,"
or who exposes for sale in any show window or place of business both
kosher and non-kosher meat or meat products who fails to display over such
meat or meat preparation so exposed a sign in block letters at least four
inches in height reading " Kosher meat," or " non-kosher " meat, as the
case may be, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not
less than twenty-five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or by
imprisonment of not less than thirty days nor more than one year, or both,
at the discretion of the Court.

186. No transfer ticket or written or printed instrument giving or
purporting to give the right of transfer to any person from a conveyance
operated upon one line or route of any carrier of passengers to a conveyance
operated upon another line or route of the same carrier of passengers, or
upon the line or route of any other carrier of passengers, shall be issued,
sold or given except to a person lawfully entitled thereto. Any person who
