mitted or suffered to work in, about, or in connection with any mill,
factory, workshop, mechanical establishment, tenement house, manufac-
tory or workshop, office building, restaurant, bakery, barber shop, hotel,
apartment house, bootblack stand or establishment, public stable, garage,
