meetings, to send all notices in connection with the meetings of
the incorporators, and to be the custodian of the Seal of the
Organization and of all its books, papers and documents; a
Treasurer, who shall, subject to the control of the Executive
Committee and its Chairman, have charge of the finances of the
Organization, be in charge of all moneys received by the said
Organization, and have charge of the disbursements of the same.

A Chairman of Executive..Committee, who shall, subject to
the action of the Executive Committee, have full and entire
charge of all the affairs of the organization.

A Secretary of Executive Committee, who shall, subject to
the control of the Executive Committee, conduct all correspond-
ence connected with the active management of the Organiza-
tion, and have charge of all the books, papers and documents
of the Executive Committee. There shall be an Executive Com-
mittee of thirty-one members, in whose hands shall be the entire
management of the organization, the members of which shall
elect a Chairman from among the number and shall exercise
any power of the organization when the members are not in ses-
sion, with power to increase their number at any time by a vote
of two-thirds of the members of said committee.

The Chairman of the Executive Committee shall have full
power to appoint a Manager, Assistant Manager at his discre-
tion, and as many officials and sub-committees as he may think
proper, subject to confirmation by the Executive Committee.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That the President, Vice-
President and Secretary shall be elected by the incorporators
each year at a meeting to be held on the first Tuesday of Decem-
ber, and shall hold their offices for the term of one year or until
their successors are appointed. The President for the first year
shall be S. Davies Warfield. The Secretary for the first year
shall be Eli Frank. The Treasurer for the first year shall be
George Cator. The Chairman of the Executive Committee and
the Secretary of the Executive Committee shall be appointed
by the said Executive Committee at a meeting of the said Execu-
tive Committee to be held on the first Tuesday of December or
at such time as may be provided in the by-laws of said Com-
mittee. The Chairman of Executive Committee for the first
year shall be S. Davies Warfield, and the Secretary of the Execu-
tive Committee for the first year shall be Eli Frank. The
Executive Committee shall be elected by the incorporators at
the annual meeting to be held on the first Tuesday of December
or at such time as the by-laws may appoint, and shall hold their
offices for the term of one year or until their successors are
