CHAPTER 584.
AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the bequest of Rev. Dennis J.
Flynn, deceased, to the Reverend Bernard J. Bradley, of
Mount St. Mary's College, Frederick College, Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland be and the same is hereby declared, given and
granted to the bequest of Rev. Dennis J. Flynn, late of Fred-
erick county, Maryland, deceased, ,made by his last will and
testament, dated the 19th day of June, A. D. 1902, and duly
admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court of Frederick County
in words following, to wit: "I will and bequeath to my exe-
cutor (Rev. B. J. Bradley) five hundred dollars, to be used in
charity."
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 585.
AN ACT to refund and pay to Alfred Lewis money erroneously
paid by said Alfred Lewis into the State Treasury.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to refund and pay to Alfred Lewis the
sum of fifty-seven dollars and thirty-five cents ($57.35), being
money erroneously paid by the said Alfred Lewis into the State
Treasury for collateral inheritance taxes.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 586.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Talbot
County to issue coupon bonds to an amount not exceeding ten
thousand dollars, for the purpose of providing money to con-
struct a bridge across Rolle's creek, in said county, to con-
nect Broad Creek Neck with the road leading to the Town
of St. Michaels.
