SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That an additional section be and the same is hereby
added to Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Talbot County," sub-title "County Commissioners,"
as amended by Chapter 291 of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of 1892, to follow section 31, and to be known as section
31 A, and to read as follows:
SEC. 31 A. The County Commissioners of Talbot county
shall each receive, in lieu of the per diem and mileage provided
in section 31, an annual salary of five hundred dollars
($500.00), payable quarterly, and all necessary traveling
expenses when traveling on county business, outside of the
county.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 569.
AN ACT to create a building commission and to provide for the
purchase of a lot of ground in the City of Salisbury and the
erection thereon of an armory for the use of a company or
companies of the Maryland National Guard, and to name a
commission for the purpose of purchasing such lot of ground
and providing for the construction of an armory thereon and
to appropriate a sum of money therefor.

CHAPTER 570.
AN ACT to pay to Ida F. Renn, of Frederick county, a sum of
money for State taxes erroneously paid into the treasury by
her.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the treasurer, upon the warrant of the comptroller,
be and be is hereby authorized and directed to pay to Ida F.
Renn, of Frederick county, the sum of fifteen dollars and
forty-eight cents, the sum having been erroneously paid by her
into the treasury and certified as paid on property unlawfully
assessed, and its repayment being recommended by the comp-
troller of the treasury.
