mentioned point or points, over such roads and highways of said
Kent county as the county commissioners thereof may authorize
and designate for the purpose, to Chestertown, in said county,
and from Chestertown, over such roads and highways of Kent
and Queen Anne's counties as the county commissioners of
said respective counties may authorize and designate within
said respective counties, to Centreville in Queen Anne's county;
and from Centreville, over such roads and highways of Queen
Anne's county and of Talbot county as the county commission-
ers of said county, respectively, may authorize and designate
for the purpose, to Easton; and from Easton, over such roads
and highways of Talbot county and Dorchester county as the
county commissioners of each of said counties, respectively,
may authorize and designate in each of said counties, respec-
tively, to Cambridge; and also from Easton and Cambridge,
respectively, over such roads and highways of Talbot county.
Dorchester county and Caroline county as may be authorized
and designated as to each of said counties by the county com-
missioners of each of said counties, respectively, to Denton, and
from Denton and from Cambridge, respectively, over such roads
and highways of Caroline and Dorchester counties, respectively,
as may be authorized and designated by the county commis-
sioners of each of said counties, as to each of said counties,
respectively, and over such public roads and highways of
Somerset county and of Wicomico county as may be author
Ized by the County Commissioners of said Somerset county
and Wicomico county, respectively, as to each of said counties,
to Princess Anne and to Crisfield, in Somerset county, and to
Salisbury, in Wicomico county, and from Salisbury, in Wicom-
ico county, over such roads and highways of Wicomico county
and of Worcester county as may be authorized and designated
by the County Commissioners of said Wicomico and Wor-
cester counties, respectively, as to each of said counties, to
the Town of Snow Hill, Pocomoke City and Ocean City, in
Worcester county; together with the right and power to build,

equip, maintain and operate in the manner fully and in all
respects as aforesaid such collateral branches of said railway

extending from the route and line above indicated in and
through each of the counties aforesaid to such other towns of
points within each of said counties, respectively, as the said
company, through its directors, may select and determine upon,
subject in all cases as to such collateral branches and exten-
sions to the consent of the county commissioners of each of
said counties; and to bridge and cross all streams whatsoever,
whether navigable or non-navigable, which the lines, route,
