794 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [Ch. 556]

Reformatory and Other Institutions.

To the Maryland School for Boys, twenty thousand dollars ,
for maintenance; to the Maryland Industrial School for Girls,
six thousand dollars; to the House of Reformation and Instruc-
tion for Colored Children, the sum of ten thousand dollars; to
the managers of the Maryland Hospital for the Insane, the sum
of seventy-nine thousand one hundred dollars; to the Hospital
for the Negro Insane, the sum of twenty thousand dollars; to
the Deaf and Dumb Asylum at Frederick, for the education
of the deaf and dumb, the sum of thirty-two thousand dollars
for maintenance, together with the further sum of twenty-five
hundred dollars for repairs; to the Maryland School for the
Blind, for the education of the deaf and dumb and blind col-
ored children of the State, the sum of twelve thousand dollars;
to the Maryland Asylum and Training School for the Feeble
Minded, the sum of seventy-two thousand dollars; to the Spring-
field State Hospital for the Insane of the State of Maryland,
the sum of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars; and to
the Maryland Tuberculosis Sanatorium, the sum of one hundred
and fifty thousand dollars; to the Maryland Agricultural Col-
lege, ten thousand dollars for maintenance.

Miscellaneous.

To the State Vaccine Agent, for his salary, six hundred
dollars, and to defray the expenses of procuring reliable vac-
cine virus, two thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may
be necessary; to the members of the Appeal Tax Court of
Baltimore City, for making out the list of holders of Balti-
more City Stock, fifty dollars each, one hundred and fifty
dollars; to the Register of Baltimore City, for collecting the
State tax on Baltimore City Stock, three hundred dollars; to
the Secretary of the Senate for salary during the recess of the
Legislature, nine hundred dollars, and to the Chief Clerk of
the House of Delegates for salary during the recess of the
Legislature, three hundred dollars; for printing the annual
report of the Comptroller of the Treasury for the fiscal year
1912, the sum of one thousand dollars, or so much thereof
as may be necessary; for repairs to public buildings and
grounds in the City of Annapolis, the sum of four thousand
dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary; said sum to
be expended by and under the direction of the Governor; for
postage of the Executive Department, Land Office, Comptrol-
ler's Office and Treasurer's Office, two thousand dollars, or so
much thereof as may be necessary; for fuel and lights for the
public buildings and grounds, to be expended under the direc-
