Charter Providing for ———" and "Against Amendments pro-
viding for ———," filling the blank suitable, and if it! shall
appear on a canvass of all the votes cast at said election that
not less than a majority of them have been in favor of the pro-
posed amendment or amendments, then the Mayor and Com-
mon Council shall, without delay, proclaim their adoption.
SEC. 49. The Road Directors of Prince George's County
shall pay over to said Mayor and Common Council of Capitol
Heights, as soon as this act shall become effective, to be
expended by said Mayor and Common Council exclusively in
the repair and improvement of streets and roads within the
limits of said town, all sums collected and now in the posses-
sion of said Road Directors representing the proportionate
amount of taxes collected and now held by said Road Directors
for account of the territory now within the limits of said Cap-
itol Heights.
SEC. 50. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect on the second Wednesday in May, 1912.

way Company.

CHAPTER 547.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, section 210F
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, Article 20,
title "Somerset County," sub-title "Princess Anne," as
repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 543 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1894, and to add thereto
an additional section.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 210F of Article 20 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Somerset County," sub-title
"Princess Anne," as repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 543
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1894,
be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, and that an
additional section to be numbered 210M, and to follow section
210L, be added thereto, so as to read as follows:
