Paragraph (27) of section 6, sub-paragraph (C), "Abate-
ments to encourage manufacturers"; of Paragraph (28) of
section 6; sub-paragraph (I), "Duty of Court"; of Para-
graph (30) of section 6; sections 13, 1Y2, 174, 175, 177,
178, 179, 180, 181, 182, 183, 189 and 191; and to add a new
paragraph to said section 6 of said Article 4 of said Code
of Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title
"Charter," to be headed (15A), "Municipal Ferry," and to
follow after the paragraph headed (15) "Markets"; to add
a new section to Art. 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Miscellaneous
Local Laws," under the heading "Harbor, Docks and
Wharves," as amended by the Act of 1908, Chapter 170, said
new section to be numbered 469, and to follow section 468;
and to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections 828 and
829 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Miscellaneous Local
Laws."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That sections 190 and 192 of Article 4 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "City of Baltimore,"
sub-title "Charter," be and they are hereby repealed; and that
Paragraph (8) of section 6; sub-paragraph (J), "Regulating
use of sidewalks and streets by signs, poles, wires, etc.," of Para-
graph (27) of section 6; sub-paragraph (C), "Abatements to
encourage manufacturers," of paragraph (28) of section 6; sub-
paragraph (I), "Duty of Court," of paragraph (30) of section
6; sections 13, 172, 174, 175, 177, 178, 179, 180, 181, 182,
183, 189 and 191 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Charter,"
as the same are codified and paragraphed in the Baltimore City
Code of 1906, be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments, so as to read as follows. And that a new
paragraph is hereby added to said section 6 of Article 4 of said
Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title
"Charter," to be headed (15A), "Municipal Ferry," and to fol-
low after the paragraph headed (15), "Markets." And that a
