CHAPTER 425.
AN ACT to add an additional section to Article 21 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Talbot County,"
sub-title "Easton," passed by the General Assembly of Mary-
land at the January Session of 1906, Chapter 458, giving the
police officers of the Town of Easton authority to summon
assistance in times of emergency, such additional section to
be entitled section 97 Z.
97Z. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Chief of Police of the Town of Easton and if his sub-
ordinates duly sworn and qualified, shall have the power and
authority to summon to his assistance, whenever he shall deem
assistance necessary, any citizen of the Town of Easton; and
any citizen refusing to assist such officer when so summoned
or deputized shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction
thereof before the Police Justice of Easton district shall be fined
a sum not less than one dollar nor more than ten dollars.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That this act shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 426.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 203A
of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dor--
Chester County," sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Consta-
bles," as said section was enacted by Chapter 525 of the Acts
of 1910, and to add a new section to said Article 10, title and
sub-title as aforesaid, requiring all justices of the peace in
Dorchester county to give bond to the State of Maryland,
said new section to follow immediately after section 203A
and to be known as 203B.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 203A of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Dorchester County," sub-title "Justices of
the Peace and Constables," as enacted by Chapter 525 of the
Acts of 1910, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments, and that a new section be and the same is
hereby added to said Article 10, title and sub-title as aforesaid,
said new section to follow immediately after the aforesaid sec-
