CHAPTER 18.
AN ACT appropriating the sum of thirty-five thousand dollars
to the Board of Trustees of the Fifth Regiment Armory for
the purpose of defraying the expenses to be incurred by said
board in making certain alterations, changes and improve-
ments in the Fifth Regiment Armory.
SECTION 1. Be U enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sum of thirty-five thousand dollars be, and the
same is hereby appropriated to the Board of Trustees of the
Fifth Regiment Armory, said sum to be expended by and under
the direction of said board in defraying the expenses incurred
by said board in making such alterations, changes and improve-
ments in the Fifth Regiment Armory as the said board shall
determine.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Comptroller of
the Treasury be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to
issue his warrant upon the Treasurer from time to time for such
amounts and payable to such person or persons as the said
Board of Trustees may from time to time require and direct in
writing, for the purposes aforesaid, the aggregate of said war-
rants, however, not to exceed the said sum of thirty-five thou-
sand dollars.
SEC. 3. Be it further enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 19.
AN ACT prohibiting the laying of any railway track upon any
part of the public highway to be constructed under the Act
of 1910, Chapter 110, along or over the bed of Jones' Falls,
with a diversion or diversions therefrom.
