CHAPTER 392.

AN ACT to authorize Wm. P. Andrews to construct in front of
his land at George's Island Point on Fox Creek, in Lakes
Election District in Dorchester county, Maryland, a wharf
or road extending out into the waters of Fox Creek, an arm
of Honga River.

SECTION l. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Wm. P. Andrews, of Crapo, in Dorchester county,
State of Maryland, be and he is hereby authorized and empow-
ered to construct a wharf or road at and adjoining the land of
Jhe said Wm. P. Andrews, at George's Island Point, on Fox
Creek, an arm of Honga River, in Lakes Election District of
Dorchester county, Maryland, said wharf or road to extend
from the said land of the said Wm. P. Andrews out into the
waters of the said Fox Creek for a distance not exceeding four
hundred yards, to be of a width not exceeding one hundred feet,
and to be immediately in front of the said land of the said
Wm. P. Andrews if the line of said land should be extended out
into the waters of said Fox Creek for a distance the length of
said hereby authorized wharf or road; provided, such wharf or
road be constructed and established on or before the first day
of January, A. D. 1915.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That said wharf or road when
so constructed or erected shall be the property of the said Wm.
P. Andrews, his heirs and assigns forever.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 393.

AN ACT for the better protection of fish in the waters of Swan
Creek, in Harford county, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall be unlawful for any person to fish in the
waters of Swan Creek, in Harford county, Maryland, with
buck net, hauling seine or stake nets, from the fifteenth day of
July to the twentieth day of September of each year.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That it shall be unlawful to fish
with buck net, hauling seine or stake nets, in the waters of
