CHAPTER 382.
AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to certain deeds and conveyances to
the Trustees of the Otterbein Memorial Church of the United
Brethren in Christ.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and consent be and the same is hereby
declared and given to the following deeds and conveyances to
the Trustees of the Otterbein Memorial Church of the United
Brethren in Christ: A deed from William P. Boyer and others,
dated September 9th, 1910, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2607, folio 513;
a deed from Horace Burgee and wife, dated September 14th,
1910, and recorded as aforesaid in Liber S. C. L. No. 3607,
folio 514; a deed from Mary A. Walker, et al., dated September
9th, 1910, and recorded as aforesaid in Liber S. C. L. No.
2607, folio 515; a deed from Charlotte Wantz, et al., dated
September 10th, 1910, and recorded as aforesaid in Liber S. C.
L. No. 2607, folio 519.

CHAPTER 383.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 29A
of Article 52 of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title "Justices of the Peace," sub-title "Process and
Practice," as enacted by Chapter 89 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of the Session of 1904.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 29A of Article 52 of the Public General Laws
of Maryland, title "Justices of the Peace," sub-title "Process
and Practice," as enacted by Chapter 89 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of the Session of 1904, is here-
by repealed and said section re-enacted with amendments to
read as follows:
29A. In all actions or proceedings before any justice of the
peace in this State, and appeals therefrom the partnership of
parties the incorporation of any body corporate and the repre-
sentative character of any party suing or being sued, and the
genuineness of any signature, purporting to be the signature
of the defendant upon any paper filed as the cause of action
