SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
Approved April 11, 1912.

CHAPTER 350.

ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 92 of
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Baltimore County," as codified and re-enacted by
Chapter 495 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, passed at the Session of 1908.

CHAPTER 351.

AN ACT to enlarge the right of removal of causes under Article
4, section 8, of the Constitution, by adding an additional
section to Article 75, to be known as section 113A of Article
75 of the Code of Public General Laws of the State of Mary-
land, title "Pleading, Practice and Process of Law," sub-
title "Removal of Causes."

CHAPTER 352.

AN ACT to repeal section 211 of Chapter 560 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1910 and to re-enact
the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 211 of Chapter 560 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland of 1910, be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to read as fol-
lows:

211. For the purpose of making effective the provisions of
this act the sum of twenty-four thousand dollars per annum,
or as much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated,
