SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the sum of $15,000 or so
much thereof as may be necessary be and the same is hereby
annually appropriated to be paid out of any funds in the
Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the rental of said
property by the Board of Public Works.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 331.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 583 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, Session of 1904, entitled "An Act
to repeal sections 113 to 129, inclusive, Article 23, of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Wicomico
County,' sub-title 'Roads,' as amended by Chapter 276 of
the Acts of 1892, and as amended by Chapter 181 of the
Acts of 1898, as the same were repealed and re-enacted with
amendments by Chapter 628 of the Acts of 1902," and to
re-enact the same with amendments, to read as follows; and
to add two additional sections to said article to be designated
as sections 130 and 131, and to follow section 129; and to
re-enact the same with amendments in lieu thereof.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 583 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, Session of 1904, entitled "An Act to repeal sections
113 to 129, inclusive, of Article 23, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Wicomico County," sub-title
'Roads,' as amended by Chapter 276 of the Acts of 1892, and
as amended by Chapter 181 of the Acts of 1898, as the same
were repealed and re-enacted with amendments by Chapter 628
of the Acts of 1902;" and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments to read as follows; and to add two additional sections
to said article, to be designated as sections 130 and. 131, and
to follow section 129, is hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments in lieu thereof, so as to read as follows:

113. The County Commissioners of Wicomico County shall
have control over and regulate the public roads, bridges, drains,
watercourses and public landings in Wicomico county.
