wise purchasing for sale, in or out of said counties, or selling
live stock, wool and furs within the limits of said counties,
to take out a license before engaging in said business."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Chapter 241 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, Session 1910,
entitled "An Act to amend Article 8 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title 'Cecil County' and
Article 15 of said Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title 'Kent County'", be and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved February 23, 1912.

CHAPTER 10.

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to certain deeds made by various
persons to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hagers-
town, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland be and the same is hereby declared, given and
granted to the following deeds: (1) to the deed and convey-
ance of a lot of ground in Hagerstown, Maryland, from E. M.
Recher, Mary E. Recher, his wife; Henry K. Tice, Mary Tice,
his wife, and others to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church
of Hagerstown, Washington county, Maryland, bearing date
the 25th day of July, A. D. 1873, and recorded in Liber W.
McK. K.No. 6, folios 27 and 28, one of the Land Eecords
of Washington county; (2) to the deed of a lot of ground in
Hagerstown, Maryland, from Nettie Hoffman to Trinity Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church in Hagerstown, Washington county,
Maryland, bearing date the 31st day of Marek, A. D. 1898,
and recorded in Liber No. 108, folios 347, etc., one of the
Land Records of Washington county; (3) to the deed of a,lot
of ground in Hagerstown, Maryland, from Mrs. Clara Hamil-
ton to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Hagerstown,
Washington county, Maryland, bearing date the 16th day of
October, A. D. 1907, and recorded in Liber No. 126, folio 686,
one of the Land Records of Washington county; (4) to the
deed from Martin L. Startzman, Helen Startzman, his wife;
Samuel T. Halbach, Bettie Halbach, his wife, and nineteen
