commission thirty-five notaries public for Baltimore City, ten
of whom may be females, in addition to the number now author-
ized by law.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 151.

AN ACT to amend the charter of the Chevy Chase and Great
Falls Railway and Power Company, a corporation organized
under the Public General Laws of the State of Maryland,
to enlarge its powers.

CHAPTER 152.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 86 of the Acts of 1910, entitled "An
Act to repeal sections 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211,
212 and 213 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title "Sheep," as enacted
by Chapter 517 of the Acts of eighteen hundred and eighty-
eight, and to re-enact sections 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209,
210, 211 and 212 with amendments, so as to read as follows:
Providing for the taxation of dogs in Anne Arundel county
and creating a fund out of which owners of domestic fowls
and animals killed or injured by dogs may be reimbursed
for the loss of the same, and providing for the disposition of
such fund after the payment of such injuries.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That sections 204, 205, 206, 20Y, 208, 209, 210, 211 and
212 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne
