to carry out and perform all sueh lawful contracts heretofore
entered into as aforesaid before such transfer out of the said
sum of three hundred thousand dollars annually appropriated
as aforesaid, or so much thereof as may be necessary. The
State Roads Commission is hereby further authorized to con-
tinue to contract for such expenditures as the said Geological
and Economic Survey Commission might have contracted for.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 122.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section
of Article 91 of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title "Surveyor and State Survey," sub-title "Roads,"'
as the same was enacted by the Act of 1910, Chapter 116.

CHAPTER 123.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the Commissioners of
Greensboro to erect, build, work, maintain and keep in repair
water works and a plant for same in the Town of Greens-
boro, Caroline Co., and to issue and sell its bonds to an
amount not exceeding thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.00)
to provide funds for that purpose, and to provide for the-
payment of the principal and interest thereof, subject, how-
ever, to the vote of the qualified voters of the said Town of
Greensboro.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Commissioners of Greensboro be authorized and
empowered to issue bonds in the name of the Commissioners
of Greensboro in sums not less than one hundred dollars-
($100.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00)
to be signed by the president and secretary of said commis-
sioners, attested by the seal of the said Board of Commission-
ers, to the amount of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.00),
or so much thereof as may be necessary for the purpose of
