164 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [Ch. 88]

Circuit Courts for the counties of the State; one copy to each
of the Courts of Baltimore City; one copy to each of the
Orphans' Courts of the State; one copy to each of the Boards
of County Commissioners of the State; one copy to each of the
clerks' offices of the Circuit Courts for the counties of the State;
one copy to each of the clerks' offices of the Courts of Baltimore
City; one copy to each of the Registrar of Wills offices of the
State; one copy to each of the sheriffs' offices of the State; one
copy to each of the Boards of County School Commissioners of
the State; one copy to each of the Boards of Supervisors of
Elections of the State; one copy to each of the State's Attorneys'
offices of the State; eight copies to the Court of Appeals of
Maryland; three copies to the Public Service Commission of
Maryland; three copies to the Appeal Tax Court of Baltimore
City; one copy to each member of the General Assembly of
1912 ; and one copy to each of the following officials, boards and
institutions of the State: The Governor, the Secretary of State,
the Attorney-General, the Comptroller, the Treasurer, the Com-
missioner of the Land Office, the State Insurance Commissioner,
the State Tax Commissioner, the Clerk of the Court of Appeals,
the State Eeporter and Codifier, the State Auditor, the State
Bank Commissioner, the Adjutant-General, the Commander of
the State Fishery Force, the State Fire Marshal, the Commis-
sioner of Motor Vehicles, the Mine Inspector, the Mayor of
Baltimore City, the City Librarian of Baltimore, the State
Roads Commission, the Shell Fish Commission, the State Board
of Education, the Board of State Aid and Charities, the State
Board of Health, the Maryland Hospital for the Insane, the
Springfield State Hospital, and to such other officials or boards
as the State Library Committee shall designate; the remainder
of said five hundred copies to be deposited in the State Library
for public use.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 8, 1912. The item of ten thousand dollars
in this bill, known as Chapter 88 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1912, is approved to the extent and
amount of seventy-four hundred and twenty dollars ($7,420.00),
and disapproved to the extent of twenty-five hundred and eighty
dollars ($2,580.00), the said sum of twenty-five hundred and
eighty dollars so disapproved covers the cost of 129 sets of the
code referred to in said act for delivery by the State Librarian
to the members of the General Assembly of 1912.
