CHAPTER 807.
AN ACT to repeal section 33 of Article 48 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, entitled "Inspections," sub-titled
"Tobacco," and to re-enact the same amended.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 33 of Article 48 of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, entitled "Inspections," sub-titled "To-
bacco," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, the
same amended.
SEC. 33. The inspector shall charge for reconditioning and
repacking all stayed tobacco at the following prices per hogs-
head: For one or two breaks, one dollar; for full stayed, two
dollars, to be paid by the owner or his agency; and for rein-
specting and redrawing all kinds except Maryland tobacco, on
which there shall be no charge, one dollar each, to be paid by
the owner or his agents; and for all outage the charge shall be
two dollars for every hogshead not exceeding eleven hundred
pounds, and twelve and one-half cents additional on every hun-
dred pounds over eleven hundred pounds, to be paid by the
shipper of the tobacco or his agents.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 808.
AN ACT to refund to Frederick T. Haines, executor of Benja-
min F. Chambers, late of the City of Trenton, State of New
Jersey, deceased, twenty-four hundred and seventy-eight
($2,478) dollars, collateral inheritance tax paid to the regis-
ter of wills of Cecil county, State of Maryland.
