be received for such license shall be paid over to the Treasurer
of the Board of County Commissioners of Wicomico County, to
be applied by him to the building and support of the public
schools in said county.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That it shall not be law-
ful for the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Wicomico County to
issue a license to any person or persons, for the purpose of catch-
ing crabs with trot lines in any of the waters of said county, who
has not been a resident thereof for a period of not less than
twelve months immediately prior to the date of the issue of such
license.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That any person or per-
sons violating any of the provisions of this act shall upon con-
viction thereof before any justice of the peace for Wicomico
county, be subject to a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00),
nor more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), in the discretion
of said justice.

CHAPTER 775.
AN ACT to repeal section 165 of Chapter 231 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland passed at the January Ses-
sion of 1910, title "Charles County," sub-title "Roads and
Bridges."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 165 of Chapter 231 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland passed at the January Session of
1910, title "Charles County," sub-title "Roads and Bridges,"
be and the same is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
