sioners, one person for Clerk and one person for Bailiff, and
such Judges of Election before opening the polls, shall take the
oath before some Justice of the Peace to permit every qualified
voter to vote and none other, and a majority of said judges-
shall have power to do all things in case one of them dies, or
refuses to'act.
SEC. 15. And be it enacted, That at the election provided
for in section 14 of this act each voter shall be provided with a
ticket by the judges of election similar to what is known as the
Australian Ballot, which is being used in Allegany county, State
of Maryland, for all county and State elections, and which shall
have printed thereon "For Incorporation" and "Against Incor-
poration," which aforesaid ticket shall be the official ballot; the
aforesaid official ballot shall be numbered by the judges of elec-
tion from one to the highest number voted consecutively; the
judges of election being hereby prohibited from accepting any
other ticket; and if a majority of the qualified voters in said
town shall vote in favor of incorporation, then the provisions
of this act shall take effect, and the election thereunder shall be
valid; but if a majority of the said voters shall vote against
incorporation, then this act shall be void for a period of one
year, or until the third Monday in April, 1913, when the quali-
fied voters of said town may assemble and vote as herein pro-
vided ; and if at the second election a majority of the qualified
voters of said town shall vote for incorporation, then the pro-
visions of this act shall take effect, and the election thereunder
shall be valid; and if a majority of said voters shall vote against
incorporation at this election, then this act shall be held void
until the third Monday in April, 1914, when the qualified vot-
ers of said town may again assemble and vote as herein pro-
vided; and if a majority of the qualified voters of said town
shall vote for incorporation, then the provisions of this act shall
take effect, and the election thereunder shall be valid, but if a
majority of said voters shall vote against incorporation, then
this act shall be held utterly null and void.
SEC. 16. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 725.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners of
Queen Anne's county to grant a pension of fifty dollars ($50)
annually to Miss Sadie Crispin and to levy said amount on
the assessable property of said county.
