1194 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [Ch. 718]

wife of said testator, of each of the' said five equal parts, as fol-
lows, that is to say: (a) One of said equal parts to the Trustees
of the Congregation of the Disciples of Jesus Christ, in the City
and Precincts of Baltimore, and known as the Harlem Avenue
Christian Church; (b) Another of said five (5) equal parts to
the Christian Missionary Society of Maryland, Delaware and
the District of Columbia; (c) One other of said five (5) equal
parts unto the American Christian Missionary Society, a cor-
poration of the State of Ohio, with its principal office in the
City of Cincinnati; (d) One other of said five (5) equal parts
unto the Foreign Christian Missionary Society, a corporation
of the State of Ohio, with its principal office in the City of
Cincinnati; (e) One other of said five (5) equal parts to the
Women's Christian Boards of Missions of Indiana, a corpora-
tion of the State of Indiana, with its chief office in the City of
Indianapolis.

SEC. 103. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly be
and the same is hereby given to the bequest of one thousand
dollars contained in the will of Virginia Bruner, late of Fred-
erick county, Maryland, recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills of said county, to the Young Men's Christian Associa-
tion of Frederick, Md.

SEC. 104. And be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, be and they are hereby given to the bequest
of two hundred dollars contained in the last will and testament
of David H. Long, late of Baltimore City, deceased, to the
Vestry of Pocomoke Parish, under the name of the Vestry of
St. Mary's Protestant Episcopal Church of Pocomoke City,
Maryland, of record in the office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City.

SEC. 105. And be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland be and it is hereby given to the deed of
conveyance for property therein described, of Enoch B. Abell
and wife, dated April 14, 1910, to James Cardinal Gibbons,
Archbishop of Baltimore, and his successor in the Archepis-
copal See, of Baltimore, according'to the discipline of Roman
Catholic Church; and to the deed of conveyance for land
described in said deed, dated March 25, 1912, of John W.
Renehan and wife to James Cardinal Gibbons, Archbishop of
Baltimore and his successors in the Archepiscopal See of Bal-
timore, according to the discipline of the Roman Catholic
Church.
