deed dated October 24, 1885, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City, in Liber J. B. No. 1070, folio 105,
etc.

99. Louisa Street, assignment to Trustes of North Avenue
Methodist Episcopal Chruch, dated November 1, 1907, and
recorded in Liber R. O. No. 2381, folio 225, etc.

100. Arthur Woolford and Kathryn A. Woolford, his wife,
deed to Trustees of North Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church,
November 1st, 1907, recorded in Liber R. O. No. 2381, folio
226, etc.

Description of Property.

Beginning for the same on the west side of Caroline street,
at the distance of seventy-seven feet and nine inches southerly
from the corner formed by the intersection of the south side of
Lanvale street and the west side of Caroline street which place
of beginning is designed to be at the centre of the partition
wall there being; and running thence southerly bounding on the
west side of Caroline street fifteen feet to the centre of the parti-
tion wall there being; thence running westerly parallel with
Lanvale street and passing through the centre of the last named
partition wall and continuing the same course in all ninety feet
to the centre of an alley ten feet wide there being; thence north-
erly bounding on the centre of said ten-foot alley, with the right,
use and privilege of the same in common, subject to the leav-
ing open of the same at all times, fifteen feet to meet a line
drawn westerly from the place of beginning; thence easterly
reversing the line so drawn and passing through the centre of
the first mentioned partition wall ninety feet to the place of
beginning, the improvements on said lot being known as 1630
N. Caroline street.

SEC. 101. To the specific gift and bequest in Item 12 of
the last will and testament of Jacob B. Thomas, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, recorded in the office of the Register of.
Wills for Baltimore City, in Wills Liber H. W. J. No. 107,
folio 306, etc., of the sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000) to
the Trustees of the Congregation of the Disciples of Jesus
Christ in the City and Precincts of Baltimore and known as the
Harlem Avenue Church.

SEC. 102. To the gift, devise and bequest in Item 13 of the
said last-mentioned will and testament of Jacob B. Thomas,
recorded as aforesaid, of all the residuum of the estate of the
said testator unto his executor with power and authority in him
to divide the same into five (5) equal parts, and the gift and
bequest, as a memorial to Elizabeth A. Thomas, the deceased
